Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, Severe depression with psychotic symptoms admitted to inpatient department of Psychiatry, JIPMER,Puducherry 2. At least six months of duration of illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients/Caregivers without access to mobile phones 2. Patients/Caregivers who cannot read Tamil/English 3. Patients with organic psychosis 4. Psychosis due to substance use 5. Refusal to give informed consent
