Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60-80 years Both males and females Community dwelling Comprehends English, Hindi or Marathi Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score more than 25 Geriatric depression scale (GDS) score less than 9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological, musculoskeletal or cardiovascular conditions Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension Uncorrected visual impairments Use of any psychotropic drugs ? Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score more than 3 (for bilateral lower limb) on activity
