Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: only unmarried and nulliparous females normal ultrasound scanning report of pelvis patient fullfilling the case definition of primary dysmenorrhoea patient with consent and co-operate for regular follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: females below 13 years and above 25 years who are married and undergone labor patients who require emergency medical intervention patient with any other systemic diseases patient taking other medications patients not fulfilling definition of primary dysmenorrhoea

Each case is assessed by using WALIDD score and Boger Boenninghausens Charecteristic Repertory. Each case reviewed at one month interval or as per their need in case of emergencyTimepoint: 6 months	—
