Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Previously single rooted filled teeth showing radiographic evidence of apical periodontitis or Failure of root canal treatment will be determined based on: 1.CLINICAL EXAMINATIONS Persistent symptoms Pain on palpation Discomfort to percussion Persistent sinus tract 2. RADIOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION PAI Score 1-4 Voids in & around the root canal filling
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Antibiotic treatment in last 3 months Subjects with systemic disease starting with American society of Anaesthesiologist Grade 3 Subjects having teeth that cannot be isolated with a rubber dam, teeth with absence of coronary sealing, or teeth with periodontal pocket deeper than 3mm.
