Inclusion criteria: 1.Women with live twin pregnancy 2.Women with live singleton pregnancy ,with matched period of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Molar pregnancies 2.Pre-existing thyroid disorders 3.Women who received exogenous Human chorionic gonadotropin 4.Artificial reproductive technique or assisted pregnancies which influence thyroid hormone level
