Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Endometriosis Grade I to Grade IV Reproductive age group females age 19-40 years of age. Patients with written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females with any other co-morbidities. Post-menopausal Endometriosis Endometriosis with diagnosed malignancy

Changes in Endometriosis Impact Questionnaire (EIQ) to show improvement in the grade of EndometriosisTimepoint: 24 months study 12 months of enrollment 11 months of Follow up 1 month of data Analysis EIQ assessment to be done at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks till 48 weeks. statistical analysis at 12 weeks, 24 weeks, 36 weeks and 11 weeks. 1st dose of medicine at baseline Repitition according to Follow ups every 4 weeks.
