Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having the signs and symptoms of prameha purvaroop 2. Prediabetics by blood sugar investigations at the time of recruitment. 3. persons of age group 35 to 60 years belonging to either gender irrespective of caste & religion. 4. Persons having : FBS: 100mg/dl-125mg/dl & PPBS:140mg/dl-200mg/dl (ADAS) 5. HbA1C :5.7%-6.4% (American Diabetes Assossiation) 6. RBS : 140mg/dl-200mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers 2. Who doesn’t wish to give written consent for this study 3. Patients having any coexisting illness are not capable of masking or promoting the features of prediabetes 4. Individuals having any addiction history since 2 to 3 years 5. Persons having excessive hunger (Craving for food frequently) 6. People who taking any medication or treatment
