Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with Subacute and Chronic Mechanical neck pain. 2.Participants with pain intensity on NPRS between 3 to 7. 3.Participants unable to achieve Active knee extension less than 20 degrees from full extension and who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have history of Cervical disc herniation or spinal stenosis. 2. Participants who have musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders and Vascular disorders, vestibular disorders. 3. Injury or surgery in the lower extremity in last six months
