Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria of both Vataja and Vata Kaphaja Gridhrasi Patients between 25 to 60years of age of either sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient’s age less than 25 years and more than 60 years Patients suffering from systemic diseases Patients not willing for trial and co-operative Pregnant woman & lactating mother Recent history of fracture and surgery Patient presenting with red flag signs of Lumbago Sciatica Syndrome
