Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients giving consent for study 2. ASA Physical status I , II 3. Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for neurological tumours in lateral position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal for study 2. Patients with cardio respiratory disorders 3. Patients who are intubated prior 4. Pregnant patients 5. Re do craniotomies 6. Emergency craniotomies
