Inclusion criteria: 1. Extracted Permanent Mandibular Molar with Intact Root Structure 2. Teeth with Closed Apex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Permanent mandibular molars with incompletely formed apex 2. Permanent mandibular molars with obliterated root canals 3. Permanent mandibular molars with root resorption
