Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Female patients of age group between 21 – 50 years ( married). • Having fibroid of up to 5 cm size (confirmed by USG) • Single or Multiple uterine fibroids .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine fibroid (more than 5 c.m.) 2. Pregnant women. 3. Women having hemoglobin less than 7 gm/dl 4. Patients using IUCDs. 5. Women of age less than 21 years and above 50 years. 6. Patients with chronic systemic illness. 7. Patients with positive Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), Human Immunodeficiency Virus HIV, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HbsAg). 8. Patients who are contraindicated for Uttar Basti and Vamana Karma
