Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are above the age of 30 years and are diagnosed case of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus will be included in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those not willing to give consent 2)Pregnant women or planning to become pregnant in next one year 3)Severe mental illness 4)Those with complications of Diabetes mellitus
