Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients who have symptoms and are confirmed any of the acute ischemic stroke. 2-Patients who are diagnosed in accordance with brain computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging in the hospital. 3-Patients with a first episode of ischemic stroke within 7 days from stroke onset will be enrolled in the study. 4-Patients who consented for being included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1-Haemorrhagic stroke, CVST. 2-Severe hepatic diseases, renal disease, or hematologic diseases. 3-Previous stroke disability. 4-No information on the functional outcome at 3 months after the stroke. 5-The patient lost to follow up/ not willing.
