Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 to 35 age group Guitar players of either gender Beginner guitar players (till 6 months of playing)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Injury to hand (past 1 year) Those who had previously undergone surgery on their upper extremities (1 year) Any associated neurological problems Any associated musculoskeletal disorders leading to grip weakness Those who are already under a rehabilitation program/exercise regime
