Intervention1: Telerehabilitation with Combinatorial approach Exercises - 6 weeks (3 days/per week). Lumbar stabilization exercises and Stretching - Lower limb and trunk stretching : Lumbar stabiliza

10 repetition of each exercise 1 set each per day with an increment of 20% per week Frequency: 20 to 30 min based on RPE, 6 weeks (3 days/per week). RPE targets for Pregnant women aged = 29 years a

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 35 2. 19-29 weeks of gestation (2nd trimester) 3. Under prenatal clinical follow-up 4. Clearance given by gynecologist to participate in exercise program 5. Having nonspecific mechanical low back pain started in pregnancy 6. Being able to perform functional activities, and can follow the instructions in a normal manner. 7. Signing informed consent for study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Inability to perform the proposed tests 2. Showing any condition that indicated a high-risk pregnancy, red flags (e.G.: Tumor, infection) 3. Has not taken any structural training program for LBP 4. Suffering from pedal oedema, any complications of pregnancy (like pre-eclamsia, gestational diabetes), any musculoskeletal, psychological, neurological pathology.
