Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects in the age group of 18-25 years both male and female 2. experiencing back pain (NPRS-5 or less) for more than 12 weeks 3. Patient willing to participate in the research studies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with back pain radiating pain to the lower limb. 2. Patient with neurological or psychological conditions. 3. The patient has undergone spinal surgery
