Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age greater than or equal to 18 years within 24 hours of ICU admission 2 Patients admitted with septic shock as per sepsis 3 definition and signs of tissue hypoperfusion i SBP less than 90 mmHg or decreased by greater than 40 mmHg ii hourly urine output less than 0.5ml per kg for more than 2 hrs iii HR greater than 100 per min iv skin mottling
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients less than 18 years of age and more than 80 years with any contraindication to PLR intracranial hypertension venous compression stocking intra abdominal hypertension 2 Pregnant patients 3 Severe anatomical abnormalities of aorta 4 Active arrythmias 5 Severe valvular heart disease 6 ECMO patients
