Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of age group 30 to 50 years irrespective of sex. 2. Participants with: Waist circumference : Male = 94 cm, Female = 80 cm 3. Participants willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with known case of chronic systemic illness like cardiovascular diseases, Ascites, CKD etc. 2. Participants with IVDP, Positional Vertigo. 3. Pregnant and Lactating Mothers. 4. Participants who have undergone surgeries within a time period of 6 months. 5. Participants undergoing steroid therapy 6. Participants who are unable to do yoga postures due to structural deformities. 7.Participants with history of allergy.
