Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the age group of 20-40 years of either sex 2. Known case of Medoroga (with given assessment parameters) 3. Patients having BMI - >25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing for the consent 2. Patients with complications like IHD3. 3. Drug induced dyslipidemia. 4. Patients having illness like TB, carcinoma, renal and liver disorders. 5. Patients having history of MI and unstable angina. 6. Patients below 20 and above 40 years of age. 7. Ayushyarhas (Reduced life span) medodosha is to be excluded
