Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects between the age group of 18 - 60 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation and socio-economic status. 2.Subjects fit for Udvartana and Nitya Virechana. 3.Subjects with BMI 25-34.9 kg/m2. 4.Subjects who are willing to give a written consent for the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects below 18 years and above 60 years of age. 2.Subjects unfit for Udvartana and Nitya Virechana. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patients suffering from diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, skin disease and other systemic disorders which intervene with treatment protocol.
