Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient between age group 18 to 60 with classical symptoms of sthaulya. patient having BMI more than 25 kg per meter square and less than 35 kg per meter square. basti yogya as per ayurvedic claasics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having age less than 18 and more than 60 will be excluded. Known case of serious Cardiac, Renal or Hepatic diseases, Uncontrolled Hypertension etc. Pregnant and lactating women. BMI less than 25 kg per meter square and more than 35 kg per meter square will be excluded. Basti Ayogya as per Ayurvedic Classics will be excluded. Persons with Gudadaha, Parikartika etc. will be excluded.
