Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 4 years and older 2.All major injuries to upper limb including shoulder girdle. 3.Patients with closed or open injuries except those in exclusion list. 4.Patients who have been treated at PGIMS Rohtak between 1June 2022 to 31December 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 4years 2.Minor soft tissue injuries with only contusion/abrasion/minor lacerations. 3.Metabolic bone disease 4.Pathological fractures 5.Stress fractures 6.Air crash/rail track injury 7.Injuries due to projectile 8.Injuries caused due to assault by manipulation 9.Fall of heavy object/s over limb 10.Crush injuries 11.Injuries due to electrocution or burns 12.Injuries in neurologically or psychologically unstable patients 13.Previously amputated limb or part. 14.Previously deformed or pathological limb 15.Patients who are not physically independent
