Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate intubating conditions jaw relaxation, vocal cord mobility, movement of limbs, TOF ratio, mean time from neuro-muscular blocking to tracheal intubation, any adverse events, clinical Duration of loading dose of non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent)using train of four neuromuscular monitoring with two different doses of cisatracurium.Timepoint: - Monitoring will be done after giving loading dose of non depolarising neuromuscular blocking agent every 30 seconds till 4 minutes, followed by every 5 minutes till 30 minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare systemic effect of two different doses of cisatracurium on hemodynamic parameters (viz.heart rate ,systolic and diastolic blood pressure, oxygen saturation)Timepoint: - Monitoring will be done after giving loading dose of non depolarising neuromuscular blocking agent every 30 seconds till 4 minutes, followed by every 5 minutes till 30 minutes
