Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from ankle joint sports injury and Age group between 15-60 yrs and Person who will be ready to sign the consent form and Players of either sex i.e. male /female

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1n patients of Ankle sprain the assessment of effectiveness of marma massages therapy with Comparative efficacy of Panch guna taila and Til taila. The efficacy will be evaluated by relief in pain and swelling. Timepoint: 15 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The comparative assessment of panch guna taila & til taila, which is more effective for maram massage therapy, in patients with ankle sprains.the efficacy will evalauted by stabilty & return to preinjury activities.Timepoint: 90 days
