Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low backache of minimum thee consecutive months duration who give consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: specific back diseases such as fracture, neoplasia, infectious or rheumatic spine disease, spinal stenosis, congenital spinal anomaly, minor spine operation such as herniated disc surgery within past 6 months, major spine operation such as fusion or disc prosthesis at any time
