Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and grade II Patients Age- 18 to 60 years of either sex Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Pregnancy significant cardiopulmonary diseases, hepatic and renal dysfunction Alcohol or any drug addiction Any allergy or hypersensitivity to study drugs.

to study the effectiveness of the post operative analgesia provided by TAP block by the time of first rescue analgesia.(24 hours)Timepoint: After performing the block after extubation till the VAS score more than or equal to 4

1.Total requirement of rescue analgesia after TAPB in two groups .till 24 hours 2. Post operative visual analog pain score.till 24 hours 3. Incidence of any side effect.Timepoint: After performing the block after extubation till the VAS score is more than or equal to 4 (24 hours)
