Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who seek DAMA (Discharge against medical advice) from Medical, Surgical and Respiratory Intensive Care Unit.

1. To identify the root Causes of DAMA using the A3 methodology 2. To develop targeted interventions based on the identified root causes 3. To evaluate the impact of implemented interventions and assess the effectiveness of the interventions in reducing the incidence of DAMA in the ICUs. 4. To improve engagement of stakeholders in the problem-solving process 5. To frame institutional policies to address the identified root causes 6.
