Intervention1: Ultrasound guided Quadratus Lumborum block: Ultrasound guided Quadratus Lumborum block will be given for patients after endotracheal intubation using drugs based on randomisation.drugs

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patient Age 35 to 60 years BMI 18 to 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Patients with a neurological disorder, renal or hepatic impairment, cardio-respiratory dysfunction 2.Coagulopathy 3.Localised infection at injection site 4.Allergy to study drugs 5.Asthmatic

The total dose of analgesic required in the first 48h after surgery: Diclofenac 75mg bolus intravenously will be considered in when NRS =4, and the total number of doses of analgesic required for up to 48 h will be calculated. The severity of postoperative pain The intensity of postoperative pain will be recorded for all the patients using the Numerical rating scale both at rest and on the movement. Timepoint: 0 2 4 6 12 18 24 30 36 42 48 hrs	—
