Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with non-contributory medical history, permanent teeth diagnosed as nonvital clinically using pulp vitality tests, teeth with adequate coronal structure to ascertain proper isolation, sterilization, temporization, and restoration will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases, immuno-compromised conditions, pregnant patients, patients on any antibiotic therapy within three months from the beginning of the treatment, patients with acute periapical abscess, periapical lesion, retreatment cases, teeth with calcified canals, immature apex, presence of intraoral or extra-oral sinus, internal and external root resorption, fractured roots and periodontal pockets >5 mm will be excluded.
