Intervention1: Pericapsular nerve group block (PENG): PENG block will recieve 0.5% 20 ml ropivacaine with 8 mg dexamethasone 8 mg After giving PENG block blood pressure will be monitored every 5 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -ASA class 1,2,or 3. -Age 25 yrs and above of either sex. -Willing to comprehend and participate. -Hip fracture surgeries under SA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Allergic to spinal anesthesia and peripheral nerve block. -Refusal to participate. -Raised ICP. -Infection at drug administration site.
