Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Players of age group- 8-15 years 2.Recreational badminton players 3.Badminton experience less than 1 year. 4.Playing at least three times a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any major injury within one year, 2.Players not participating in badminton regularly 3.Any surgery within past one year 4.Unwilling participants
