Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I, II 2.Patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective Laparoscopic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative use of steroids,Peptic Ulcer,Pregnancy,Malignancy,Immunosuppression,Severe Renal Impairment,Pre-operative blood glucose levels greater than 11.1 mmol.l
