Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Already diagnosed case of plantar fasciitis (3 months) b) Presence of gastrocnemius tightness. c) Participants having pain score of = 6. d) Dorsiflexion range less than 30º. e) Willingness to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Participants having history of any neurological involvement affecting the study variables. b) Contraindications of manual therapy i.e. tumor, fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, severe vascular disease. c) Any congenital foot deformities. d) Participants with prior surgery in lower extremities.
