Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only male subjects. Subjects within the Age group of 25-40 years old. All full-time subjects performing their duties for at least 12-14 hours/day, 5 or 6 days per week. Subjects who have been working for more than 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Overtime subjects with working hours of 12-14hours/day. Subject taking any pharmaceutical agents. History of any disease and disorders. Other than Work-related musculoskeletal disorder, any other MSD was excluded.
