Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient having confirm diagnosis of ckd due to varied etiology for last 3 months duration. 2.patient has past history of overuse of NSAIDs . 3. GFR level less than or equal to 60 ml/min/1.73 meter square and persistant 4. creatinine value more than or equal to 2 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.AIDS 2. Patient of hepato-renal insufficiency or renal insufficiency due to hemodynamic circulatory disorder and CCF 3.History of kidney transplant 4.Neoplasm of kidney 5. Female patient having risky pregnancy 6.Uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe cardiac disease 7.Associated with any other serious systemic disease or complications, which leads to fatal complications will be excluded

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the trial drug will break the pathogenesis of disease and give relief in subject parameters like edema, Anemia,periorbital swelling,nausea and weakness.and objective parameters like serum creatinine values,urea, urine protein value.Timepoint: Baseline and After 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that proposed herbal formulation will detoxify the body, restoring the normal function of vital organs especially in liver, kidney and digestion & improve quality of life of patients . Provide relief in generalised weakness, breathlessness,edema etc symptoms.Timepoint: Base line & after 30 days
