Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with idiopathic pd,vascular pd,psp,c d,Mia with freezing of gait.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ferromagnetic material in the head, intracardiac lines, increased intracranial pressure, cochlear implants

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the changes in freezing of gait -which includes( gait questionnaire score and gait variables) ,MDSUPDRS motor score and TUG test.Timepoint: Baseline ,immediately after rTMS,1 week and 2 week after

1- To follow up for sustanability of single dose of rTMS on various gait parameters( gait questionnaire score ,MDS UPDRS score,TUG test)Timepoint: Base line ,immediately after rTMS , 1 week & 2 week after rTMS
