Inclusion criteria: 1) pediatric patients aged 1 to 8 years 2) ML grading 3 or 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgeries 2) oral oe nasal tumours

To assess whether rotating head to the left side to 45 degrees in supine position improves glottic view as assessed with POGO score during indirect laryngoscopy using C MAC video laryngoscope D blade under general anaesthesia as compared with the classic sniffing position in paediatric patients.Timepoint: After induction
