Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) Physical status I and II patients, aged between 18 - 60 years posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Head and neck surgeries including malignancies and trauma.

| To systematically evaluate and compare the efficacy of Upper Lip Bite Test (ULBT) and Ratio of Height To Thyromental Distance (RHTMD) in predicting difficult endotracheal intubation with other airway assessments. efficacy will be assessed based on cormach and Lehne gradingTimepoint: Preoperative airway assessments will be done initially in the pre-operative ward which will predict the difficulty of intubation (5-6min) The Anaesthesiologist will do intraoperatively Laryngoscopy to assess Cormach and Lehne grading(15min) | — |
