Intervention1: General Power training: Exercises 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks, 4 sets and 5 repetitions, each session for 50 minutes Exercises such as Squat jump, Snatch pull, Back Squat, Overhead

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: playing age minimum one year in high- magnitude sport

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any surgical repair, any diagnosed musculoskeletal disease, any diagnosed neurological disease
