Inclusion criteria: Gynaecological and Obstetrical operative procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pegnancy Induced Hypertsion 2. Pregnancy induced or History of ano rectal disorders 3. Post Partum Haemorrhage 4. Laproscopic operative procedures. 5. H/O hypertensive disorder in gynaecological condition 6. H/O Systemic illness which will interfere with the course of study
