Inclusion criteria: Students willing to take part in the study. Students of BSc. (H) Nursing 1st year to Nursing 4th year and BSc. Optometry 1ST Year -optometry 4th year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who having chronic diseases.
