Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having classical sign and symptoms of Madhumeha Patient of either sex aged between 30-70 years. Patient of Diabetes Mellitus having Fasting Plasma Glucose greater than or equal to 126mg/dl upto 250mg/dl 2-hr Plasma Glucose greater than or equal to 200mg/dl upto 350 mg/ dl HbA1C Greater than 6.5 upto 12 percent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having complications of Diabetes like , Neuropathy, Ketoacidosis , Retinopathy, Nephropathy, CAD, Diabetic Foot . Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Patients having other systemic disorders which interfere with the course of treatment . Below 30yrs and above 70 yrs. Chronicity more than 7 year

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To minimize the signs and symptoms of madhumeha (Type 2 diabetes) by assessing the following criteria: Estimation of blood sugar – fasting blood glucose and post prandial blood glucose. HbA1C RFT/LFT Urine test: Routine and Microscopy Lipid ProfileTimepoint: 8 weeks

MeasureTime frame
To check improvement in the following parameters: Polyuria (Bahumutrata) Polydypsia ( Pippasa) Polyphagia (Bahuvashi) Weaknes Loss of Weight Tingling & burning sensation in sole & palm (Pipilika Sancharana , karapadadaha)Timepoint: every 15 days
