Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having sing & symptoms of 1st and 2nd degree uterine prolapse. Patient having sign & symptoms of cystocele and rectocele.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 3rd degree prolapse and complete prolapse Patients above 70 years Patients with HIV, VDRL, STDs Patients with other gynecological disorders cervicitis, endometriosis, malignancy of cervix

primary out come is to evaluate the effect of Udumbaradi choorna Yoni Pooran in pelvic organ prolapse, based on the grading of subjective parameter scoring pattern, level of cervix, strength of pelvic floor muscle by perineometer, pelvic organ prolapse quantification score.Timepoint: time duration of the clinical trial- 8 weeks
