Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age of 40- 70years Diagnosed cases of Diabetic Foot Ulcer with less than 1year history Patient not enrolled in any clinical trails Ulcers less than 4cm size

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having bleeding disorders Patients with immunocompromised diseases like HIV AIDS e.t.c Patients with liver failure and renal failure, HbsAg positive e.t.c Ulcers associated with malignancies Ulcer greater than 4cm size

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Objective Parameters like size,depth floor,granulation,discharge, odour,margin,oedema of the ulcer and subjective parameters like pain and burning sensation are are assesedTimepoint: 4 weeks, 8weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
All the subjective & objective parameters are assesed along with investigation like HBsAgTimepoint: 60 days,90 days
