Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for inclusion Women in the age of 20 to 49 who have been permanently sterilized who have a BMI of more than 23 will be enrolled for this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Criteria for exclusion Women who have long term medical conditions like Diabetes Hypertension and Kidney cardiac diseases will be excluded
