Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients more than 18 years of age. Patients being treated in the IPD of the department of Plastic Surgery. Willing to give consent to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Patients suffering from any previous major psychiatric Illness. Patients having secondary medical conditions. Drop Out criteria: If the participant misses two consecutive sessions of assessment they will be considered dropped out. If a participant develops serious complications with their health and is unable to continue will be considered dropped out Misses more than 2 follow-ups will be considered dropout
