Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI should be 18.5-24.9 kg/m2. 2.Individuals who have experience in practicing yoga including pranayama for a minimum of 6 months. 3.Patients who are willing to participate & give their consent. Individuals should meet the oxygen saturation of 92-96%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who have systematic diseases, nasal passage pathology, and spinal deformities were excluded from the study. 2.Those who are under medication for any illnesses. 3.Those who are not willing to give consent also will be excluded from the study.

Forced vital capacity(FVC), Forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), Forced expiratory flow(FEF) using digital spirometer monitor and oxygen saturation using Handheld Pulse oximeterTimepoint: Assessment of Forced vital capacity(FVC), Forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), Forced expiratory flow(FEF) and oxygen saturation before and after the intervention for a period of 4 weeks in Healthy volunteers

Systolic blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure using Digital blood pressure monitor & Breath retention time will be recorded manually by using stopwatchTimepoint: Assessment of Systolic blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure & Breath retention time before & after the intervention for the period of 4 weeks in Healthy volunteers
