Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male Patients aged 20- 80 years. 2. Subject diagnosed as Urethral stricture by clinical and investigative methods will be selected. 3. In uroflowmetry Qmax 3- 20 ml/s should be included. 4. ICD guidelines for urethral stricture 2024 ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code N35.91 will be considered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1,Patients having other systemic pathology like Tuberculosis, Renal Failure, Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus And Uncontrolled Hypertension Etc.. 2. Patients having other urinary system pathology like severe, Nephrolithiasis, BPH(Grade 3), Prostatitis 3. Patients suffering from neoplasm of urinary tract. 4. Patients having congenital deformity of urogenital tract 5. HIV and HBsAg positive patients

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in symptoms of urethral stricture like dribbling of urine,Straining during micturition.Timepoint: Reduction in symptoms of urethral stricture on 28th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• Increase in flow of urine. • Reduction in other symptoms of LUTS. • Improvement in quality of life in terms of reduction in sleep disturbance • Psychological satisfaction. Timepoint: Day 28
