Intervention1: Vrikshasana: Vrikshasana procedure involves folding one leg at the knee, placing a foot in the root of the opposite thigh, the foot being downward, arms stretching outwards and upwards

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Student between 11 - 15 years of age, Healthy student with no history of illness at least for the past 6 months, Student’s consent along with his/her parent or guardian’s willing consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Student with a recent history of illness, Student with cognitive impairment, Student without willing consent or under any medication
